Privacy statement
Collection and use of personal data of customers, suppliers, and other contractors. We would like to inform you that we will collect and use the personal data you provide to us because it is necessary to conclude and execute any potential agreement with you. This applies to both our (potential) customers and to parties from whom we purchase goods and/or services.
If you are a (potential) customer, we use your data to send you a quote, determine the specifications or requirements a particular product or service must meet, deliver goods or perform work for you, invoice you, and communicate with you smoothly and efficiently regarding the execution aspects of the agreement.
If you are a (potential) supplier or other contractor, your personal data is also necessary for the conclusion and execution of the agreement. In case of procurement, this is necessary to inform you of the specifications or requirements a particular product or service must meet according to us, to send you a request for a quote or to place an order with you, to pay your invoices, and to communicate with you smoothly and efficiently regarding other aspects of the agreement.
You are not obligated to provide us with your personal data. However, if you do not provide us with sufficient personal data, it is possible that we will not be able to carry out the aforementioned tasks.
Disclosure to third parties
In connection with the execution of any potential agreement with you, it is possible that we may need to provide your personal data to parties that supply parts, materials, and products to us or carry out work on our behalf. Additionally, we use internal server space for storing (parts of) our sales and procurement administration, which includes your personal data. We also use Microsoft Office and the associated storage facilities for emails and other files.
Retention period of personal data
If you have requested a quote from us but did not become a customer, we will delete your data no later than one year after our last contact. Similarly, if we have received a quote from you but did not become a customer, your personal data will be deleted no later than one year after our last contact. If you did become a customer of ours, or we of yours, we will retain your personal data for seven years after the end of the fiscal year in which the agreement was fully executed. The seven-year period corresponds with the period during which we are required to keep our records for the tax authorities. After this period, we will delete your personal data.
Your rights
You have the right to request access to your personal data. If there is reason to do so, you may also ask us to supplement your personal data or to correct inaccuracies. Additionally, you have the right to request the deletion of your personal data or to restrict its use. You can also object to the collection and use of your data or file a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority. Finally, you may request the transfer of your personal data to another party.
